APPLY is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end B2B eCommerce digital initiatives. You will drive requirements, run workshops, and coordinate across UX, tech, QA, and content teams to ensure on-time go-lives.

You will manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments, maintain strong client relationships, and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders and delivery teams. Hybrid/remote-friendly role in LATAM.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a digital consultancy or technology agency — client-facing, external delivery experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record leading technical eCommerce projects, preferably in B2B contexts (product catalogs, client portals, ERP/CRM integrations, segment-based pricing logic).
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce, Shopify B2B, or similar).
• Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent executive communication — equally effective with client C-level stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

LOCATION:

APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).

Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

THE ROLE:

Nice to haves

• Experience in CPG, retail, or distribution industries, including bottlers.
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar).
• Experience with systems integrations (APIs, ERP, WMS) in digital commerce contexts.
• Strong workshop facilitation capabilities with client-side teams.
