This role requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity, and the ability to manage technical decisions and client relationships. Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering with a proven track record of building scalable systems.
• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager, managing distributed teams.
• Deep, hands‑on experience with core stacks: Java, Python, or Node.js.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end‑to‑end execution of complex digital products.
• Challenge technical proposals, audit architecture decisions, and jump into the codebase.
• Define and enforce engineering standards and code quality practices.
