Equifax is seeking a Technical Architect to drive architectural solutions across projects, leading and guiding development teams. You will design and plan technology solutions, provide leadership, and focus on delivering business value through robust, scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineering, and influence standards and practices while addressing security and operational concerns in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in software in the public cloud; 5+ years overall relevant experience.
• Experience monitoring infrastructure and uptime to meet performance objectives.
• Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Cross-functional knowledge across systems, storage, networking, security and databases.
• Experience with OSS frameworks and microservice patterns.
• Experience with event-driven microservices and pub-sub (Kafka).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling and practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Cloud certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead moderately large or complex projects and ensure successful application rollouts.
• Develop aligned architectural approaches and document current systems.
• Serve as technical architecture expert for software and infrastructure teams.
• Assist project teams in estimating architecture design effort and reviews.
• Advise on standards and methodology practices within projects.
• Communicate and validate architecture with technology and business stakeholders.
• Apply broad technical knowledge to design solutions and address critical design issues.
