Job summary

Trolley AI is looking for a leader who will own AI agents and data intelligence across the company, delivering a single trusted view of business metrics and enabling automation of routine tasks. You will design and deploy agents that interact with multiple systems to validate posts, payments, and workflows.

Qualifications

• You have shipped AI agents or data products used by a whole company.
• You build hands-on: strong SQL and Python, LLMs and agents including MCP, retrieval and evaluation.
• You are business-first, consumer-focused and cost-conscious: you start from the merchant, marketer or finance lead needs.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own custom agents on the company’s data, built with LLMs and MCP integrations.
• Oversee finance agents for payouts and reconciliations, with automated month-end close.
• Manage operations agents for item creation, PO tracking and inventory checks.
• Run daily cost and accuracy reports for agents and routines.
