Job summary

Trolley seeks an experienced leader to own and optimize our ecommerce technology stack, including Shopify stores, NetSuite, and related integrations. You will partner with Co-CEOs and cross-functional teams to align systems with business goals and ensure scalable, compliant data flows.

You will manage development partners, vendors and IT interfaces while advancing a secure, AI-driven operations approach that supports wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce technology leading teams, vendors or systems programs.
• Deep Shopify Plus and NetSuite expertise across orders, inventory, purchasing and general ledger.
• Hands-on delivery: you configure, troubleshoot, write specs and review a partner's code.
• Strong project management and understanding of accounting and inventory flows.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Advanced use of AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shopify storefronts priority, uptime, releases and partner scope.
• Drive launch readiness for peak periods, product drops and campaigns with performance standards.
• Manage content, product data, on-site search, tracking tags and email/SMS integrations.
• Oversee NetSuite integrations with Shopify, 3PLs, Amazon and wholesale channels.
• Ensure data accuracy across NetSuite, Shopify and partners to keep catalogs AI-friendly.
• Document system map and stabilize Shopify–NetSuite order flow in 90 days.
• Maintain safe AI agent controls, Notion, and SaaS renewals with IT input.
