Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Digital Payments Analyst to optimize digital payment acceptance across the Americas. The role covers cards, real-time rails, and local schemes, requiring deep regional knowledge and a data-driven mindset.

You will drive optimization, cost management, and vendor evaluations while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Product, and Engineering to enable scalable payment operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Payments experience across Latin America, US or Canada.
• Strong understanding of regional payment ecosystems and card processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, cost, and reliability of digital payment acceptance across the Americas.
• Monitor and optimize authorization rates and processing costs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface optimization opportunities.
