EPAM Systems in Chile is seeking a Data Delivery Manager to drive data-focused programs from inception to closure. You will partner with a wide range of teams and stakeholders to bridge strategic ambitions with tangible delivery results.
You will lead cross-functional teams, establish KPIs, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes while coaching staff and communicating progress to executives.
Formación
- 5+ years of IT experience across varied projects.
- At least 2 years in lead/manager/coordinator roles.
- Experience guiding teams of 5+ members.
- Experience with data-centric initiatives and governance basics.
- Advanced English communication.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end data delivery programs from inception to closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones.
- Engage stakeholders; act as central delivery contact.
- Establish KPIs and monitor delivery quality.
- Identify risks and plan mitigations.
- Ensure communication between engineering, business, and leadership.
- Plan resources across multiple streams.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates.
