FLSmidth in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Project Manager Customer Delivery responsible for planning, executing, and closing customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

You will lead full project lifecycles, develop plans with scope, schedule, and cost, coordinate internal and external teams, and maintain strong customer relationships through regular updates. Requires 5+ years in PM, PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in project management in heavy industrial, mining, or capital equipment sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex customer projects on time and within budget.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for customer relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure per PM methodologies.
• Create comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
• Manage internal and external teams to ensure project success.
• Provide regular status updates and manage customer expectations.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule; mitigate overruns.
• Conduct regular reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Manage contracts, change orders, progress reports, and close-out documents.
• Identify process improvements and best practices in PM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
