EPAM Systems seeks a Chief Forward Deployed Engineer to lead clients as a self-directed technical pioneer. You will shape requirements directly with stakeholders and drive end-to-end delivery, blending GitHub Copilot and AI tools into daily coding practices.

You’ll own architecture decisions, guide teams, and ensure production-ready software. Strong communication with business units and hands-on coding will be essential.

Formación

• Seven-plus years of software engineering experience.
• Experience directing and overseeing engineering teams (≥2 years).
• Full stack capability: .NET (C#) backend and Angular frontend.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the go-to technical contact for clients from kickoff to finish.
• Translate business objectives into concrete technical plans and delivery steps.
• Lead projects from idea to production launch with minimal supervision.
• Guide architecture, tool choices, and implementation methods across teams.
• Ensure delivery stays on track while aligning technical work with business aims.
• Mentor engineers to raise team capability and output.
• Improve processes to speed delivery while maintaining quality.
• Communicate project status and technical decisions to stakeholders clearly.
• Adapt quickly to changing client requirements without losing momentum.
