Jugabet is hiring a CRM Manager to plan and run CRM campaigns, work with cross-functional teams to enable geographic launches, and drive reporting on CRM performance. You will optimize engagement with data-driven decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.

The role requires 1+ year of CRM experience, proficiency with no-code platforms (Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io), and strong English communication. iGaming background is a plus.

Formación

• At least 1+ year of hands-on CRM campaign management from briefing to setup.
• Proficiency with no-code CRM platforms such as Optimove, Smartico or Customer.io.
• Upper intermediate English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns using the CRM tools, tracking results to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, to support launches in new geographies with CRM readiness.
• Oversee reporting, define needs for new CRM functionalities, and refine processes.
• Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices, ensuring compliance across teams.
• Manage daily CRM campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution and timely responses.
