Kraken in Chile seeks a Growth Workflow Specialist (Performance & Paid Growth) to define automation for paid channels and AI-driven campaigns. You will specify signals, guardrails, and decision logic, collaborating with engineers to implement agent-based workflows.

You will refine AI outputs, extend automation to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle, applying domain judgment and data signals to improve performance at scale.

Formación

• 4+ years in performance or paid growth across major paid channels.
• Ability to map growth workflows as triggers, decisions, actions and measurements.
• Comfort reading performance dashboards and defining optimization goals.
• Willingness to learn AI system communication and improve outputs.
• Clear, structured workflow specifications are essential.
• You define the work with initiative and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Define automation workflows for paid growth from signal to action.
• Translate workflow specs into working agent automations with the build team.
• QA agent outputs and refine system corrections.
• Refine AI-generated creative variants with domain judgment.
• Specify knowledge base inputs, rules, and guardrails for paid growth agents.
• Monitor performance and iterate to improve the automation engine.
• Extend automation to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle across growth channels.
