SAP Chile Next Gen is seeking a recent university graduate for a Sales Operations role based in Santiago. This temporary position (6 months up to 2 years) offers exposure to sales processes, CRM data entry, campaign documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration in a global tech company.

You bring a bachelor's degree, English fluency, Excel skills, strong communication, teamwork, and time management. Prior experience is optional (0–2 years).

Position Title: Sales Operations - SAP Next Gen

Location: Santiago, Chile

Duration: Temporary 6 months up to 2 years

General role responsibilities are:

• Administrative tasks and daily office functions
• Monitoring the sales operations process and initiatives

Education and Experience:

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
• Preferably a graduate of Business Administration and/or related studies
• 0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships)

Requirements and Competencies:

• English: Fluent (able to fluently understand and communicate verbally)
• Microsoft Excel Knowledge (including macros)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to network within a client´s organization
• Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Clear interest to develop a sales career when graduating
• Energetic and goal oriented
• Time management to arrange a weekly and monthly time schedule

AI Skills:

• Ability to apply generative AI tools (Claude, GPT) to streamline, automate, and scale operational tasks
• Understand machine learning, generative AI, data ethics, and AI-driven decision-making.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows, craft strategic prompts to drive innovation, and apply best practices to ensure ethical and effective outcomes.
• Ability in the use of AI coding assistants as everyday development tools - and develop the judgment to know when to trust, verify, and override their output
• Ability in using AI-driven automation solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
• Staying curious - track emerging developments in AI tooling, foundation models, and enterprise software
