Formación

• Degree in Business Admin, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in similar operations roles in fast-paced settings.
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and collections.
• Experience in retail operations or logistics services.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end picking, packing and last-mile delivery operations for a key client in Chile.
• Ensure outstanding client experience and support daily operations.
• Design and implement processes that drive operational excellence and profitability.
• Manage P&L by client/store/region and monitor KPIs.
• Lead logistics and operations teams for scalable results.
