PagerDuty is seeking a Director, Customer Success and Country Manager for Chile, to lead our Chilean team and Santiago office. The role oversees Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services, while aligning with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other resident teams.

The Chile Leader will drive local operations, hiring, and culture, ensuring strong collaboration with HQ and stakeholder groups. A hybrid work model and on-site presence in Santiago are part of the role.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in SaaS or tech.
• Experience leading post-sales customer support and services teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Lead and align Customer Success, Support and Professional Services in Chile.
• Act as senior on-site liaison between Chile team and global leaders.
• Oversee site operations, facilities, and local compliance.
• Partner with People/HR on hiring, onboarding, and retention.
• Represent PagerDuty with local government, vendors, and partners.
