Job summary

Anker Innovations Chile is expanding its offline presence and seeking a local sales leader who understands the Chilean retail landscape and can grow our brands where consumers shop every day. You will own the offline channel strategy and the P&L, driving sell-in and sell-out across Anker, Soundcore, eufy and Nebula.

You will build and manage relationships with key retail accounts and distributors, negotiate terms, plan in-store activations, and expand coverage into under-penetrated regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or related categories.
• Proven track record managing retail accounts and/or distribution in the Chilean market.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong command of retail and channel sales, negotiation, and merchandising.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM / sales tracking tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English (regional collaboration).

Responsibilities

• Own offline channel P&L and go-to-market strategy for Chile.
• Build and manage relationships with retail accounts and distributors.
• Lead distribution expansion and negotiate commercial terms.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and point-of-sale materials.
• Forecast demand and collaborate with supply chain.
• Align retail activations with marketing campaigns and launches.
