HiredChina.com国际人才招聘网 in Chile seeks a seasoned Key Account & Retail Sales Manager to expand our consumer electronics footprint. You will manage major Chilean accounts and lead channel development across both offline and online retail channels, including e-commerce platforms.

You will drive annual negotiations, optimize promotions, and work with China HQ to tailor products for the Latin American market, while traveling locally as needed and building new distributor channels to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years KA / retail channel sales experience in Chile or South America.
• Direct experience working with leading Chilean retailers such as Falabella, Cencosud, Ripley, Walmart Chile/Lider or similar accounts is highly preferred.
• Background in consumer electronics, 3C/digital products, home appliances, IT hardware or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of annual retail negotiations, sell-in/sell-out, inventory management and promotional planning.
• Familiarity with Chilean e-commerce channels such as Falabella.com, Mercado Libre, Paris.cl or similar platforms.
• Experience developing distributors or building new channels from scratch is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting a Chinese or international brand's expansion in Latin America is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage key retail accounts across Chile, with a focus on major national retail groups and strategic channel partners.
• Lead annual commercial negotiations covering product listing, pricing, rebates, promotions, returns, payment terms and other key conditions.
• Drive both online and offline retail growth, including major retail e-commerce platforms and local marketplace channels.
• Build annual promotional plans around key sales periods such as CyberDay, Black Friday, Christmas and other major retail campaigns.
• Monitor sell-out, inventory and channel performance, and adjust replenishment and promotional strategies accordingly.
• Develop and manage local distributors/importers to expand coverage beyond direct key accounts.
• Provide regular market intelligence on competitors, pricing, channel trends and category opportunities.
• Work closely with China HQ across sales, product, marketing, supply chain and finance to support product localization and achieve sales targets.
