The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years in infrastructure, and a strong international network. Frequent travel and in-field engagement are expected to propel market penetration in diverse infrastructure sectors.

Formación

• Must have 10+ years in infrastructure, road, railway, or large civil projects.
• Proven success in business development and sales within construction or infra.
• Strong network with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, authorities in Chile.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development and sales across Chile for roads, rail, and civil infra projects.
• Identify and develop new opportunities while managing long-cycle deals.
• Build strategic relationships with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, government authorities, and owners.
• Drive market penetration across roads, railways, airports, ports, mining, and large projects.
• Manage the full lifecycle from opportunity to negotiations and execution.
• Serve as the commercial liaison between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong field presence with regular customer visits and site meetings in Chile.
