AECOM is seeking a Chile Country Manager to lead expansion across architecture, design, engineering, environmental, social, and advisory services. You will develop a world-class team, grow our client base, and ensure execution of the Chile strategy in alignment with AECOM’s Centers of Excellence.

You will drive growth with private clients and government programs, managing opportunities, risks, and performance to deliver meaningful projects that transform communities in Chile and Latin America.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Environment, Economics, Social sciences or related field with business/management focus.
• Master's degree preferred for broader scope and leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of the Chile strategy to grow AECOM's design, engineering, environmental, social, program management and advisory services.
• Oversee operations, resource allocation, and client-centric delivery to drive revenue growth and EBITDA performance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance team, promote inclusion, and ensure safety and compliance across Chile operations.
• Build and maintain value-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand market presence and strategic opportunities.
