You will drive architectural decisions, set acceptance criteria, and intervene when agents drift from intent, while embedding verification via tests and linters. Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on coding and architectural design.
• Experience coordinating multi-agent workflows (planner, implementer, reviewer, tester).
• Proficiency in creating and sustaining verification pipelines (tests, linters, type checks).
• Experience reviewing code diffs, questioning automated decisions, fixing drift in outputs.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design tradeoffs and correctness principles.
• Ability to establish acceptance criteria and quality gates for automated/AI-assisted development.
• Capability to write and deploy production code independently without relying on agents.

Responsibilities

• Break down work into specs and tasks executable by agents (planner, implementer, reviewer, tester).
• Oversee agent outputs by reading diffs, questioning decisions, and intervening when needed.
• Embed verification in every loop with tests, linters, and type checks before trusting outputs.
• Establish acceptance criteria to validate agent-generated work before integration.
• Own architectural decisions and design tradeoffs while delegating code generation to agents.
• Complete tasks manually when necessary to verify agent output.
• Refine the factory setup based on daily usage and feedback.
• Provide reports on specs, tests, review outcomes, and production metrics.
