EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join our AI and agent-design focused team. You will build custom agents, integrate them with existing systems, and ensure scalable, reliable operation across cloud environments.

The role requires 3+ years of Python experience in traditional and cloud settings (AWS or GCP), strong English communication with USA clients, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, Agile mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Python development in cloud and traditional environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with USA-based clients without supervision.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of scalable architecture and adaptable solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset for technical investigations.
• Team-oriented with transparent communication in an Agile setting.
• English written and spoken at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build custom agents from the ground up according to guidance from analysts and product owners.
• Connect custom agents with existing systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Create scalable solutions to handle changing requirements and growth.
• Identify and resolve issues while upholding high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with a small team of 3–5 members toward a shared vision.
• Perform technical research to drive ongoing improvement.
• Work closely with USA-based clients and stakeholders.
