Confidential Santiago-based multinational seeks a Finance & Administration Manager to lead local Finance, Administration, and HR, partnering with General Management and regional teams to drive strategic decisions.

Role includes overseeing accounting closures, budgeting, tax, audits, treasury, HR payroll, and internal controls, while mentoring the local team and ensuring IFRS/regulatory compliance; English fluency is mandatory. On-site with travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance; Master’s is a plus.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting or Administration with leadership.
• Experience in multinational environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Chilean tax and accounting regulations; IFRS knowledge preferred.
• Advanced English fluency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Advise the General Manager and department heads through financial analysis, risk assessments, profitability evaluations, and business modeling.
• Oversee month-end/year-end accounting closures, variance analysis, and timely delivery of local and international reports.
• Supervise tax management, internal/external audits, and the company's internal control framework.
• Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasting processes.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and local treasury operations.
• Oversee administrative operations, insurance policies, legal matters, and corporate service vendors.
• Lead, mentor, and foster the continuous professional growth of the local team.
• Manage local Human Resources processes (payroll processing, performance management, and HR policy compliance).

Role Purpose

Provide end-to-end leadership for the local Finance, Administration, and HR departments, serving as a financial business partner to optimize decision-making, ensure financial data integrity, and guarantee internal and regulatory compliance.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master's degree or postgraduate specialization is a plus).
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Administration, with proven team leadership.
• Proven experience in multinational companies (industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors highly desirable).
• Advanced expertise in Chilean tax and accounting regulations (IFRS knowledge preferred).
• Advanced English fluency (mandatory).
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced data analytics tools.
