A global engineering consultancy is seeking a Project Management Finance Analyst in Santiago, Chile. This role is responsible for the accuracy of project financial data, timely invoicing, and supporting project managers with financial insights. The ideal candidate will need excellent English and French communication skills, a minimum of one year in accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and grow within the firm.

Formación

• Minimum of one year accounting experience, preferably with a professional services firm.
• Minimum of one year experience with invoices, cost estimate spreadsheets, and timesheets.

Responsabilidades

• Review draft contracts for invoicing terms and financial specifics.
• Provide historical project data for fee estimates and project proposals.
• Update and maintain client billing information.
• Assist with new or existing client approvals/submittals.
• Produce accurate and timely client invoices.

Conocimientos

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Good verbal and written French communication skills

Strong editing and proofreading skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
