The Archetype Strategy is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to identify, attract, interview, and hire candidates across a variety of roles. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse candidates.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience and collaboration with hiring managers. This role emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and timely communication.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, talent acquisition, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with candidate assessment and interview techniques.
• Confidential handling of candidate information.

Aufgaben

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks as required.
• Extend offers and assist with compensation discussions and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive, professional experience.
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events; support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Stay informed about recruiting trends and local talent markets.
