Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the hiring process end-to-end, partnering with leadership to find top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. You will be a brand ambassador and a talent scout in a fast-moving environment.

This role requires someone with a recruiter's instinct who thrives on the chase of passive candidates and delivering impact daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in tech, digital or creative agency.
• Ability to recruit across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America and South Africa.
• Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience consistent with Blacksmith standards.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers updated.

• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.


• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.


• Excellent written and verbal communication.
