NTI is seeking a bilingual Support Engineer to join our Level 2 IT Specialist team. You will manage IT systems for US-based customers, work with Level 1 staff to resolve complex issues, contact vendors as needed, and contribute to project work.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in IT support, MSP exposure preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service mindset.
• Experience with Windows server/Desktop, AD, and cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support for US-based customers.
• Coordinate with Level 1 team and vendors as needed.
• Manage Active Directory, network, and cloud services.
• Document procedures and resolve complex issues on on-call schedule.
