Formación

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience with Elixir/Phoenix.
• Strong proficiency with Elixir, Phoenix, and OTP.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL with PostgreSQL (Ecto).
• Excellent communication and collaborative, agile teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own features from conception to launch, including tech specs and clean code.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
