• Portfolio shows campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong execution skills in copywriting, design, or production.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee creative vision for clients within a defined industry vertical.
• Manage 3–4 direct reports and coach team development.
• Translate insight and data into breakthrough campaigns.
• Lead production from strategy through post-production.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand, channel, and performance goals.
• Champion workflows and omnichannel best practices.
• Identify client growth opportunities through creative-led retention and expansion efforts.
