Fonroche Lighting seeks a Country Manager - Hub Andes to lead Chile, Peru and Ecuador from Santiago. You will drive commercial growth, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with global objectives.

You will manage ~22 employees, build public-private partnerships, and serve as the ambassador to clients and stakeholders while maintaining strong operational performance and compliant governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Business Administration or a similar field.
• 5-10 years of experience leading country operations and commercial teams.
• Experience in B2B and B2G for industrial products with disruptive technology.
• Languages: Spanish and fluent in English for exchanges with the head office.
• Strongly organized, results- and customer service oriented with managerial autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial strategy and growth for the Andes Hub (Chile, Peru, Ecuador).
• Oversee day-to-day operations and a multidisciplinary team of ~22 employees.
• Build relationships with municipalities, government agencies, and key partners.
• Align local activities with global objectives to ensure sustainable growth.
