Lead a high-performing team, shape market access, and ensure ethics and compliance while delivering sustainable value creation for patients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Senior commercial leadership or end-to-end business role with P&L accountability.
• Strong track record of profitable growth and portfolio development.
• Ability to set direction, diagnose issues and improve execution.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop teams to deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the business with end-to-end P&L accountability for Chile & Ecuador.
• Set bold growth agenda and translate into a disciplined plan.
• Build and coach a high-performing leadership team and talent pipeline.
• Represent Sandoz with external stakeholders to advance market access.
