Orica Chile seeks an iMMU Deployment Technician to deploy and configure AI-enabled hardware on Mobile Manufacturing Units (MMUs). You will lead regional rollout, coordinate with global product teams, and ensure safe, reliable operation of PdM and Vision Safety systems.

You will install, test and document hardware, interfaces, and communications systems, and travel up to 60% to support mining operations with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Formación

• Hands-on experience installing and configuring vehicle-mounted digital systems.
• Hardware and software configuration experience (edge devices, sensors, cameras).
• Experience installing and commissioning vehicle-mounted communications systems (LTE/4G/5G modems, SIMs, antennas, cabling).
• Ability to diagnose power, connectivity, and data-flow issues on mobile equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical documentation, reporting, and handover capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional deployment, installation and configuration of AI-enabled hardware on MMUs.
• Coordinate the hardware rollout pipeline within the region, including BOMs, spares and testing.
• Collaborate with Global teams to validate AI/translation workflows meet safety obligations.
• Provide training and SME guidance for the Intelligent MMU system to regional staff.
