IntelliSense.io is seeking a Software Implementation Lead to drive customer-facing deployments of AI-based software in global mining operations. You will bridge field engineers, data scientists, and enterprise clients to deliver scalable solutions.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and translating complex requirements into technical specs, with dashboards that quantify value and operational impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of external, customer-facing software implementations or professional services.
• Experience deploying software in client IT/OT environments is required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles and BI tooling such as Grafana.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client software implementations
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customer teams and stakeholders
• Translate client requirements into technical specs and RFCs for product/engineering
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize AI impact
• Advance documentation, analysis, and prototyping with AI productivity tools
• Own project risk log, manage scope changes, and contribute to Key Account strategies
