IntelliSense.io is seeking a Software Implementation Lead to drive customer-facing deployments of AI-based software in global mining operations. You will bridge field engineers, data scientists, and enterprise clients to deliver scalable solutions.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and translating complex requirements into technical specs, with dashboards that quantify value and operational impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of external, customer-facing software implementations or professional services.
• Experience deploying software in client IT/OT environments is required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles and BI tooling such as Grafana.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client software implementations

We are looking for a Software Implementation Lead to join our Mining Technology Operations team. This isn't just about managing spreadsheets or internal migrations; it's about leading customer-facing deployments of advanced AI-based software at scale across some of the most complex industrial environments on the planet.

As we expand our portfolio globally, we need a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between field-deployed engineers, data scientists, and external enterprise clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading Client Deployments: Own the end-to-end delivery of software implementations into client IT/OT environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
• Managing External Stakeholders: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer teams, steering committees, and key stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Translating Complexity: Turn client business and site requirements into clear technical specs and RFCs for our product and engineering teams.
• Visualising Value: Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to show our customers exactly how our AI is optimising their operations.
• Innovating Workflows: Leverage modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
• Risk & Account Growth: Own the project risk log, manage scope change control, and contribute to Key Account strategies to drive long-term client growth.

Who you are:

• Client Delivery Expert: 5+ years of experience in external, customer-facing software implementations or Professional Services (B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or industrial technology).
• Infrastructure Savvy: Proven experience managing software integration and technical deployment directly within client network/IT/OT infrastructures.
• Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of the nuances of large-scale industrial enterprises (bonus points for experience in Mining or Heavy Industry software).
• Data-Driven: Comfortable with BI tools (e.g., Grafana) and a foundational understanding of AI/ML lifecycles.
• Master Communicator: Highly skilled at managing client expectations, navigating enterprise stakeholders, and translating technical reports into strategic business value.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
