Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an AI leader to build and drive an AI Center of Excellence, setting enterprise vision, standards, and governance for responsible adoption in Chile. You will bridge business, technology, and compliance to deliver secure, compliant, high-impact AI outcomes and scale AI across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop adoption playbooks, training, and measurement frameworks, and collaborate with security and data teams to ensure policy alignment and ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI development lifecycle and governance.
• 1+ years leading AI technology management and enterprise programs.
• Ability to align stakeholders and drive standards adoption.
• Experience with access provisioning, policy enforcement, and guardrails.
• Hands-on platform knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, Claude.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals and executive-facing communication.
• Excellent English language skills (C1) and availability to work till 4 pm PST.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the AI Center of Excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on AI standards, practices, and success metrics.
• Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, and policy enforcement.
• Oversee evaluation and approval of AI tools, models, and services for policy and regulatory alignment.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Claude.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and security teams for scalable, secure integrations.
• Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and guidelines for AI solution development.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on governance, priorities, and ROI.
• Develop playbooks, training, and communication plans to increase AI maturity.
• Track and report AI metrics, compliance status, and ROI to leadership.
