Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks an accomplished Conversational AI Architect to design, build, and launch advanced agentic AI platforms that connect Generative AI models to complex enterprise systems.

You will author production-ready code and coordinate multi-agent workflows via Gemini CX / Vertex AI Agent Builder, while securing data pipelines and regulatory compliance. Expect senior-level responsibilities, hands-on cloud work (GCP), and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant practical experience.
• 2+ years in senior, lead, manager, or owner-level roles.
• Hands-on Google Cloud AI experience with Gemini CX, CCAI, and AAM.
• Strong coding in Python or Node.js with automation scripting.
• Experience with Terraform and Cloud Run/Functions in production.
• Security/compliance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch enterprise-grade agentic AI platforms.
• Lead multi-agent coordination via Gemini CX / Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Implement RAG pipelines and secure backend integrations with CRMs/ERPs.
• Administer hybrid conversational pathways with Dialogflow CX.
• Maintain enterprise security via VPC-SC and IAM least-privilege.
• Establish telemetry using BigQuery and Looker for insights.
