Qualifications

• Accredited two year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twenty years of work experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Learn and apply knowledge of local statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work approach.
• Knowledge of materials' availability and cost; practical field experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare 3D layouts and/or schematics for conceptual and detailed designs of advanced complexity.
• Review models using 3D platforms and create 3D models of advanced complexity.
• Check work done by other Designers.
• Develop estimates, schedules, staffing, progress reports, and key quantities tracking reports.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations for solutions to problems with varying complexity.
• Organize and prioritize projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
