CHANEL in Zurich offers an after-sales internship (4–6 months) starting July/September 2026. You’ll welcome clients, record repair requests, and coordinate logistics with workshops and shipping teams, while embodying the CHANEL & moi ethos.

The role requires pursuing a business/management degree, plus fluency in English and German, and strong communication and organizational skills. French language is not required but training may be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a business/management degree in a related field.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Hospitality mindset and proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and German; proficient with standard software.

Aufgaben

• Welcomes and assists clients throughout the after-sales process in line with CHANEL standards.
• Contributes to CHANEL & moi commitment and strengthens client loyalty.
• Registers repair requests in internal systems and tracks progress.
• Communicates with global, local, and external workshops as needed.
• Coordinates product shipments, deliveries, and incoming goods.
• Manages tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory when required.
• Improves workspace organization to boost efficiency and workflow.
• Acts as CHANEL & moi ambassador and participates in morning briefings.
