CHANEL is seeking an After-Sales Service Assistant for a 4 to 6 month internship in Zurich, starting July or September 2026. You will welcome clients, manage the after-sales process, and coordinate repairs with workshops and internal systems.

The role requires pursuing a degree in business or management, strong English and German, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming and assisting clients throughout the after-sales process.
• Registering repair requests in internal systems and tracking progress.
• Communicating with global, local, and external workshops.
• Coordinating product shipments, deliveries and incoming goods.
• Ensuring availability of tools, equipment and spare parts as needed.
• Improving workspace organization to boost efficiency.
• Acting as an ambassador for the CHANEL & moi commitment.
• Participating in morning briefings with the sales team.
