Within the new CHANEL boutique in Zurich, a dedicated space welcomes clients for alteration, care and repair services, supported by a team of experts, artisans, and seamstresses.

In this context, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Assistant for a 4 to 6-month internship, based in Zurich, starting in July/September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting clients throughout the entire after-sales process, in line with CHANEL's client experience standards, after-sales service philosophy, and the CHANEL & moi commitment.
• Helping embody the CHANEL & moi expertise by turning potential customer dissatisfaction into a positive experience and strengthening customer loyalty to the House.
• Registering repair requests in internal systems, monitoring their progress, and updating their status throughout the repair process.
• Communicating with all relevant stakeholders, including global, local, and external workshops.
• Assisting in coordinating all product shipments, deliveries, and incoming goods.
• Coordinating, when necessary, the availability of appropriate tools, equipment, and spare parts by managing dedicated orders and inventory.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the workspace to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
• Acting as an ambassador for the CHANEL & moi commitment and participating in regular morning briefings with the sales team.

Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the luxury, hospitality, and/or retail sector is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• A strong sense of hospitality and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and German, along with proficiency in standard computer applications.

STAGE - Assistant(e) Conseiller Service Entretien et Réparation - Boutique Mode (H/F) - Juillet / Septembre 2026

La Maison CHANEL s’engage à proposer des services visant à préserver la qualité et la longévité de ses créations et ainsi approfondir la relation du client avec la Maison au fil du temps.

Au sein de la nouvelle boutique CHANEL de Zurich, un espace est dédié à l’accueil des clients pour des services de retouche, d’entretien et de réparation, avec la présence d’experts, artisans et couturières.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Assistant Service Entretien et Réparation pour un stage d’une durée de 4 à 6 mois, basé à Zurich, débutant en juillet/septembre 2026.

Missions :

• Vous accueillez et accompagnez le client tout au long du processus après-vente, conformément aux principes CHANEL en matière d'expérience client, à la philosophie de la cérémonie après-vente et à l’engagement CHANEL & moi.
• Vous contribuez à incarner l'expertise CHANEL & moi et transformer une possible insatisfaction du client en une expérience positive et renforcer sa fidélité à la maison.
• Vous participez à enregistrer les réparations dans les logiciels internes, assurer le suivi et mettre à jour le statut tout au long du processus de réparation.
• Vous communiquez avec tous les interlocuteurs (ateliers globaux, locaux et externes)
• Vous participez à coordonner toutes les livraisons, expéditions et réceptions de produits.
• Vous coordonnez si nécessaire la disponibilité des outils, des équipements et des pièces de rechange appropriés en gérant les commandes dédiées et les stocks.
• Vous contribuez également à améliorer l’organisation de l’espace pour gagner en fluidité.
• Vous êtes le relai de l’engagement CHANEL & moi et participez aux briefings matinaux réguliers auprès de l’équipe de vente.

Spécifications du poste / Profil :

• Etudiant(e) en formation supérieure de commerce ou de management
• Expérience dans le secteur du luxe, de l’hospitalité et/ou du retail.
• Excellentes compétences relationnelles et orales.
• Organisation, rigueur, sens des priorités.
• Sens de l’hospitalité et aptitude à trouver des solutions.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais, de l’allemand et des outils informatiques.
