Zusammenfassung

CHANEL in Zurich is seeking an After-Sales Service Assistant for a 4 to 6-month internship, based in Zurich, starting in July/September 2026. You will welcome clients, manage after-sales processes, and coordinate with global and local workshops to ensure high standards of service.

The role requires pursuing a degree in Business/Management or related field, with fluency in English and German, and a proactive, hospitality-focused mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Management or related field.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, and/or retail is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German; proficient with standard computer applications.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming and assisting clients throughout the after-sales process, following CHANEL client experience standards.
• Transforming potential dissatisfaction into a positive experience and strengthening customer loyalty to CHANEL.
• Registering repair requests in internal systems and monitoring progress through to completion.
• Communicating with global, local, and external workshops.
