Qualifikationen

• Qualified to practice law in Switzerland.
• Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification legal experience.
• Previous work experience in a law firm, government, or in-house at a technology company.
• Transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Professional fluency in English and German, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on strategic technology service agreements with enterprise customers, public sector customers, and partners.
• Provide legal support for local and regional services and initiatives.
• Ongoing legal counsel and regulatory interpretation and guidance for executives and other business and legal team members on product development, operational, security, compliance, data protection and public policy matters.
• Participating in other legal team projects, including managing legal issues that arise in existing relationships and handling customer and business partner inquiries.
• Regional and international travel may be required.
