Job summary

Qualifications
- Qualified to practice law in Switzerland.
- Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification legal experience.
- Experience in a law firm, government, or in-house at a technology company.
- Transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Professional fluency in English and German, written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service agreements with enterprise customers and public sector customers.
- Provide legal support for local and regional services and initiatives.
- Offer ongoing legal counsel on product development, operational, security, compliance, data protection and public policy matters.
- Participate in other legal team projects and manage inquiries from customers and business partners.
