Amazon’s Legal Department in Zurich seeks a talented technology lawyer to support AWS across EMEA, focusing on Switzerland, Austria and Germany. You will draft and negotiate strategic technology service agreements and provide legal support for regional initiatives.

Based in Zurich, you will partner with sales, product and compliance teams, advise executives on data protection, AI and regulatory matters, and help lead AI‑driven improvements in contract reviews.

Qualificações

• Qualified to practice law in Switzerland.
• Minimum of 2+ years post‑qualification legal experience.
• Experience in a law firm, government, or in‑house at a technology company.
• Transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Professional fluency in English and German, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service agreements with enterprise customers, public sector customers, and partners.
• Provide legal support for local and regional services and initiatives.
• Offer ongoing legal counsel and regulatory interpretation for executives and business/legal teams on product development, operational, security, compliance, data protection and public policy matters.
• Participate in other legal team projects, including managing legal issues in existing relationships and handling inquiries from customers and partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and lead AI‑driven transformation of legal operations.
