Job summary

Enact Intelligence in Zürich is seeking a hands-on Teleoperation Engineer to bridge the digital and physical world. You will guide and teleoperate state-of-the-art robots, collect demonstrations, and shape the training data our neural networks use to learn complex tasks.

You’ll collaborate with AI researchers and robotics engineers to iterate on teleoperation controls, ensure data quality, and maintain robotic hardware.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to operate multiple robots for extended periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Organized and methodical approach to engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Data Capture & Teleoperation: perform high-volume task demonstrations via motion tracking.
• Quality Assurance: monitor data quality and tag trajectory metadata.
• Hardware & Setup Maintenance: assist with staging environments and basic maintenance.
• Cross-Functional Feedback: collaborate with AI researchers and robotics engineers.
