Job summary

Mimic Robotics AG, based in Zurich, is seeking a Robot Operator to generate training data for our robotic systems. You will teleoperate a humanoid robot, annotate high-quality datasets, and run evaluations to measure autonomous task performance.

The role involves working 8am-5pm at 80-100% capacity, contributing to process improvements as we grow. You will collaborate in a hands-on, fast-moving environment, with a focus on attention to detail, clear communication, and teamwork, while maintaining

mimic is an early-stage deep tech robotics & AI start-up based in Zurich and supported by leading VCs. We provide industry workers with a helping hand for tedious manual labor tasks and mitigate labor shortages with a versatile automation platform. Our automation solutions, driven by dexterous robotic hands and cutting-edge AI trained on human observations, bring a new level of AI embodiment to the real world.

As a Robot Operator, you'll generate the data that teaches our robots how to move. Using our teleoperation setup, you'll control our robots to perform manual tasks and collect the demonstrations our models learn from (have a look here!). You'll also test how well our robots carry out tasks autonomously helping us measure their progress.

We're looking for someone that can work from 8am-5pm, 80%-100% (4-5 days).
