Leading Advisers is supporting a Swiss family-owned group to recruit a highly operational Chief Financial Officer. The role centers on an in-depth restructuring of the finance function and stabilizing the SAP environment deployed about two years ago.

The CFO will oversee consolidation, reporting, and internal controls, build a strong finance team, and provide strategic financial insights to support growth and external transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on senior profile with operational focus
• Experience in SME/mid-sized group environments
• Solid accounting and consolidation expertise
• Auditing and internal controls experience valued

Aufgaben

• Oversee the group’s finance function: consolidation, reporting, and control
• Structure and upgrade the SAP environment; drive maturity
• Build and develop the finance team with recruitment autonomy
• Support senior management with financial insight for strategy and growth
• Contribute to external growth transactions and target analysis
