Gunia Consulting is seeking a CFO for a growing Swiss group, owned by a private equity investor. You will build the finance function at group level and directly oversee selected portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate has a Big 4 or consulting background with first operational finance leadership, and is a hands-on builder with a 10x mindset, ready to scale the business. German, English and French are required from day 1.

Qualifikationen

• Foundation in finance, controlling or accounting with Big 4 advisory background.
• Operational insight into company finances and hands-on leadership.
• Strategic thinker who turns numbers into decisions.
• Structured, tech-savvy, and comfortable with digitalization.

• Group-wide finance leadership: accounting, reporting and controlling at group level.
• Operational ownership: direct financial leadership of selected portfolio companies.
