The CFO will build an international finance organization, ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP FER, and partner with operational teams to deliver value across multiple markets.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior finance leadership experience at executive level.
• Experience as CFO or equivalent, with strategic financial oversight.
• Proven track record in international, multi-entity groups and treasury management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Group's financial strategy, planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Establish cash, liquidity and working capital management with treasury and FX risk controls.
• Develop robust management reporting and Board-level financial disclosures.
