IAR Group AG, headquartered in Zofingen, Switzerland, seeks a hands-on CFO to lead the Group-wide Finance function. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Board, driving financial strategy, governance and performance across the international group.

Qualifikationen

• Proven senior finance leadership experience as CFO, Finance Director or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in accounting, controlling, FP&A, treasury and corporate finance.
• Experience in international multi-company and multi-country environments.
• Restructuring, business transformation or turnaround experience.
• Cash management, working capital optimization and financing negotiations.
• Experience in project-based industrial businesses (machinery, automation, manufacturing).
• Hands-on with ability to balance strategy and operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity and working capital; treasury oversight.
• Develop management reporting and financial dashboards for Exec mgmt and Board.
• Own group accounting, consolidation, taxation, compliance and internal controls.
• Strengthen project controlling and revenue recognition methodologies.
• Drive improvements in processes, governance and reporting standards.
• Support restructuring and performance-improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the international finance team; foster a business-partner mindset.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and external stakeholders.
• Support refinancing, acquisitions, due diligence and post-merger integrations.
