FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market to join our Lisbon team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with product usage, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams on complex cases.

Fluency in French and strong English, excellent communication and empathy are required. This on-site role offers relocation support, a welcome bonus, health insurance, and ongoing training as you grow with our international home

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in French (C1C2) & good English (B2+)
• Excellent communication & empathy skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
