FH Collective Academy in Lisbon seeks a Customer Support Specialist for the French market to help Italian-speaking customers? The role focuses on delivering world-class support for home appliances and guiding customers through product usage and issues.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, work with internal teams on complex cases, and stay updated on new products and company updates. An exciting relocation package is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).
• Excellent communication and empathy skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ready for an on-site role in Lisbon.

What Were Looking For:
